i always get lots of requests for what i eat in a days or just recipe posts in general! i would link all the ones i’ve make but that would be a lot omg but they’re all in the health category of my blog. just wanted to say that this may seem like a ton of food or nothing but i truly believe in simply listening to your body on when you need to eat. the point of this post is just to give you some new ideas of things to make!
for breakfast i made these peanut butter banana rice cakes which are delicious! they don’t take very long to make and look how aesthetic they are!! all you do to make them is spread some peanut butter on a rice cake and then slice up some bananas and put them on top. that’s all for these yummy dudesss!

if you didn’t already know, i’m obsessed with kombucha! the synergy kombucha is the best one and you’re not changing my mind, it’s so good. literally every flavor they have is amazing so just get any but this strawberry one and the guava one are my faves ever!
for lunch i went to panera bread which is my favorite lunch spot anywhere and it’s so good!! i get the chile lime salad just without the chicken or the cheese and there’s still so much goodies in it. it’s such a filling and yummy salad and i freaking love it sm! also i discovered panera’s coffee and the hot latte with oat milk is so good.
for snack i made this tropical fruit and protein smoothie and it was yum. big fan of smoothies cause i make them all the time and here’s what i put in this one:
- frozen mango
- frozen pineapple
- frozen strawberries
- vegan protein powder
- almond milk
- two bananas
okay so if you’ve read literally any single one of my food posts you’d know i’m obsessed with stir frys and they’re kinda my thing all the time. i just stir fry up these veggies in olive oil and stir fry sauce:
- broccoli (i ran out in this pic)
