my at-home workout routine

hey guys, i hope you are staying healthy and doing okay! in today’s post i’m sharing my at-home workout routine. i’ve put together some of my favorite exercises into my perfect at-home workout routine! i also sometimes will do videos like alexis ren ab and madfit if i’m feeling unmotivated but still want to get a workout in. i would say this is a pretty full body workout and all you need is a resistance band!

my at home full body workout:

for each of these i do 2 or 3 sets of 20 just depending on how i’m feeling that day:)

  • heel taps
  • side to side plank
  • russian twists
  • reverse crunches
  • in and outs
  • crunches
  • flutter kicks in a boat position
  • glute bridges
  • one leg glute bridges
  • donkey kicks with band
  • fire hydrants with band
  • clamshells with bands
  • pushups (i do 3 sets of 10)

i also love to pair this with something simple like just going for a walk or skating.
