get healthy with me

recently i haven’t been eating the best and i got a new gym membership so i thought it was the perfect time to start eating just a little bit healthier each day. so today’s post i’m going to share the workouts and what i ate in a week to give u some meal ideas, except monday, and i hope you enjoy!

tuesday

breakfast- avocado toast + a matcha latte

lunch- salad with tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, cucumber, croutons + balsamic dressing

workout- 25 min on stair master + 30 min ab workout

snacks- pita chips + iced latte

dinner- chili with beans, cilantro, peppers + tomato

wednesday

breakfast – peanut butter toast + matcha

lunch- teriyaki tofu + brown rice

workout- 30 min elliptical + leg workout

snacks- fruit and popcorn

dinner- chipotle veggie bowl with lettuce, black beans, brown rice, veggies, guacamole + mild salsa

thursday

breakfast- oatmeal with chia seeds + brown sugar

lunch- granola + fruit

snacks- trader joe’s green smoothie

dinner- tomato soup + salad

friday

breakfast- smoothie bowl with pineapple, raspberries + banana

lunch- stir fry with tofu, broccoli, zucchini, peppers + carrots with brown rice

snacks- iced latte + pita chips

dinner- a vegan pizza

  6. Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to
    tell someone!

    I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home
