my workout routine

hey guys!! i thought i share my different workout routine for different workouts i do at the gym! i do arms, legs/butt and abs/cardio and i usually go with my bestie cause we have the same gym membership. but yes so here’s the workouts i usually do and i hope you enjoyyy <33

arms routine

basically for arms i go through all of the different arm machines at my gym and start off with a easier weight and do 12 reps, then i up the weight and do 10 reps and then up it again and do 8 reps. depending on how tough the machine is, sometimes i’ll repeat it once or twice.

legs/butt routine

for my legs routine, i start off with doing some resistance bands just walking/squating across the floor. then i do more structured exercises, i usually do something like this:

  • 35 glute bridges
  • 50 squats with 5 lbs
  • 25 donkey kicks per leg
  • 20 resistance band donkey kicks per leg
  • 30 fire hydrants per leg
  • 35 clam kinda things
  • 40 dumbbell lunges

then i end with around 15 minutes on the elliptical at a pretty basic level!

abs/cardio routine

so for my like abs/cardio workout routine, i start off with 20 ish minutes on the elliptical, then i do around 20 minutes on the stair master. then i do some combo of these ab exercises:

  • 30 reverse crunches
  • 1 min plank
  • 35 leg lifts
  • 40 bird dogs
  • 25 flutter kicks
  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 crunches

and that’s it for what i do at the gym! obviously i don’t go all the time because i have volleyball practice lots. but yes when i do go i’ll pick one of these 3 workouts 🙂
