easy healthy school lunch ideas (vegan)

school lunches are genuinely one of the hardest things to pack but this year i’ve been trying really hard to make the best lunches i can! i’ve come up with a few favorites i’ve been loving to enjoy at school lately. these will all actually last until lunch and don’t need to be refrigerated or heated between leaving for school and eating lunch!!

this is one of my favorites lately and i love making it whether i’m going to school or just making it at home because it’s just that good!! you can add whatever veggies you’d like and the dressing is so easy to mix up at home with stuff everyone has.

cook: your favorite pasta!

dressing: mix equal parts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and shake

slice + add: olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and anything else you’d like

just store in the fridge and you can make this the night before and bring it for lunch the next day!

salads are such a basic essential school lunch and they’re honestly perfect! i’d bring along some bread or bagel with it to make it more filling. i also just especially love bread ahahha!

salad: lettuce, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrot and dressing

these are so tasty!! i started making these this summer and i’ve gotten more and more obsessed🤩

pack: rice cakes with peanut butter on them and a banana with something to cut it

make: slice the banana and add them to the peanut butter
