my workout routine/favorite exercises

You know those exercises that you just feel working but aren’t annoying to do, yeah here are mine! If you don’t know how to do any of these, look them up on google 🙂 I did this full workout about 2/3 times a week in my room!

Do these for as many reps as you want, I recommend (and personally I do) doing each for about 2-3 minutes!

ARMS• (all with weights!)

  1. hammer curls
  2. tricep kickback
  3. tricep dips
  4. arm curls
  5. arm press

BUTT

  1. weighted squats
  2. donkey kicks
  3. walking in a squat side to side
  4. fire hydrants lol
  5. hip bridges

ABS•

  1. leg lifts!!
  2. scissor kicks while in a leg lift
  3. plank
  4. mountain climbers
  5. boat hold

LEGS

  1. squat hold
  2. inner leg raises
  3. outside leg raises
  4. lunges
  5. leg crosses
