advice, lifestyle 100 things to do in 2018 January 10, 2018 wave or smile at strangers (unless they look like a murderer) connect with god – will change your life! drink more water don’t stress over what you can’t control quit a bad habit like biting your nails or procrastinating take a relaxing bath take more photos don’t go on your phone right away in the morning read more find a creative outlet (like blogging, drawing/painting, editing, writing, etc.) give more attention to a pet tell your family you love them bake cookies for your friends instead of hiding out in your room, be with your family more don’t overextend yourself get photos printed and put them up clean out drawers donate old stuff re-evaluate your commitments take care of your skin & follow a routine avoid bad fast food have no-makeup days don’t forget to water your plants 😉 make your bed move around some decor for a fresh space go to bed extra early sometimes make a to-do list send someone a cute/long text say hi to people in a store (again not if they’re a murderer though) take out your likely overflowing trash turn your phone off all the way so it can sleep at night and so can you 🙂 give yourself a mani/pedi buy someone a small gift give a list of reasons why you love someone thank a bus driver say good morning to your teachers (even if you think they hate you lol) make a lit playlist and jam do a quick stretch/workout to stay active sit up a bit straighter forgive someone you have a grudge against have something special (like a tradition) with your parent(s) instead of being on your phone watching beauty youtube videos or scrolling though makeup instas; read a magazine, you can get a similar thing. wear a dress just because use a polaroid more don’t be on your phone much when you’re with friends challenge yourself not to go on social media before school fix broken things stop holding grudges give 100 compliments in a day make something instead of buying it go for a walk or run outside write things that make you happy do something with your grandparents be patient with people go out more don’t pass up opportunities play board games instead of phone games don’t judge people too quick hug your family & friends set goals smile at yourself in the mirror listen to your pump-up music (mine is rap) explore in your own town play with little kids leave your comfort zone do your work at school complain a bit less but don’t be afraid to rant when you need to… 😉 have a pamper night declutter who you’re following delete old posts go through your photos clean out your backpack and locker wash your makeup brushes ask people how they are and listen to the response clean your own dishes leave candy or gum where your friends or family would find it sneak small things into your friends backpacks (like a piece of gum for them to find later) look through old family photos wash your pillowcases/sheets play really loud music with friends and be dumb lol don’t use your phone when it’s charging go out with your friends! don’t be afraid to spend a weekend at home watching netflix either! go to free events cause why not?! don’t forget to brush your teeth twice! watch more movies express thankfulness smile or wave to babies and toddlers call or email your grandparents don’t think about the dumb stuff you did eat some fruits/veggies point out in the mirror something you like about yourself accept your flaws cause nobody’s perfect try to do a push-up if you can’t clean up your floor eat a salad think of something your thankful for eat breakfast drink water with your breakfast laugh off dumb things you do learn from mistakes but don’t dwell donate $1 to charity Wow!
