spring workout routine

I kinda feel as if everyone gets an extra kick of health inspiration in the spring! I wanted to share the workouts I do along with volleyball 2-3 times a week. If you don’t play a sport you can do one more often but I do one of these 2-3 times a week!

I’m sharing the two “types” of workouts I do, ab/butt day and leg/arm day! I just alternate the two of them šŸ™‚

AB/BUTT DAY:

  • 50 donkey kicks (25 per leg)
  • 50 glute bridges
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 burpees
  • 35 weighted squats (w/ 15 lbs for me)
  • 20 sit ups
  • 50 fire hydrants (25 per leg)
  • 45 mountain climbers
  • 50 donkey kicks

ARM/LEG DAY:

  • 50 hammer curls w/ weights (25 per arm)
  • 50 dumbbell lunges
  • 35 (per each) arm “overhead presses”
  • 40 side lunges (total, 20 per side)
  • 20 jump squats
  • 50 side leg lifts (25 per leg)
  • 20 deadlifts

*IF I HAVE TIME I REPEAT EACH LIST TWICE BEFORE ENDING MY WORKOUT*
